A Law Firm Of AV-Rated Attorneys & Super Lawyers
Not every law firm is given the pre-eminent distinction by their peers. At LGKG, attorneys Charles W. Garbett, Lawrence M. Kelly and Joseph A. George have been AV Preeminent-rated by Martindale-Hubbell. AV Preeminent rating represents the highest rating of legal ability and ethics as determined by members of the bar and judiciary.** All three attorneys also have received the distinction of being named to the Super Lawyers list multiple times.

We confidently handle a wide variety of personal injury cases, including car accidents, workers’ compensation, nursing home neglect, dog bites, medical malpractice and wrongful death. We are committed to maximizing what our client recovers and keeping them informed of the status of their case all along the way.
Nursing Home Neglect
We Try Cases, And Insurance Companies Know It
Not every injury or accident case goes to trial, but if yours does, you need a lawyer who has been there before. If a personal injury lawyer has a reputation for avoiding going to court, the insurer has little incentive to offer full compensation. LGKG prepares every case as if it will go to trial, and we have board-certified civil trial specialists* who
will try your case if it is in your best interests to do so. Insurance companies do not always do what they say they are going to do. We make sure insurance companies keep their promises. Where negligence has caused a serious personal injury or wrongful death, LGKG will work to assure that you receive fair compensation.
Birth Injury to Child
The Plaintiff, a minor child, was diagnosed with periventricular leukomalacia and spasticity following his birth. Prior to his birth, there was evidence of intra uterine growth restrictions, which necessitated the need of bio physical profiles, twice weekly non-stress testing and serial scans to monitor fetal growth.
Arterial Injury to Minor Child
The Plaintiff, a minor child, was in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the Defendant/Hospital. A radial arterial line was placed to measure blood pressure and to have access to arterial blood for lab analysis. When the hand showed signs of circulatory compromise, the arterial line was not removed.
I have used this firm in the past and have always been extremely satisfied with the exceptional service, knowledgeable attorneys and personal attention given to my situations.
