Lawyers Are Standing By

Were You Injured in One of These Accidents?

  • Car Accidents are common in Pulaski due to the convergence of major routes. The intersection of PA Route 208, PA Route 551, and the nearby I-376 interchange create heavy traffic patterns. Cox’s Corner, where Routes 208 and 551 meet, sees significant daily traffic. We handle rear-end crashes, intersection collisions, and highway accidents.
  • Truck Accidents occur regularly on the commercial corridors through and around Pulaski. Trucks traveling US Route 422 and accessing I-376 pass through the area, mixing with local traffic on narrower roads. These crashes often result in serious injuries.
  • Medical Malpractice claims arise when healthcare providers fail to meet the standard of care. Pulaski residents typically receive care at UPMC Jameson in New Castle or medical facilities in Hermitage. Errors in diagnosis, treatment, or surgery can have lasting consequences.
  • Workers’ Compensation benefits are available to employees injured on the job. Pulaski residents work at local businesses, farms, and industrial facilities throughout northern Lawrence County and Mercer County. If you were hurt at work, you deserve benefits for your medical care and lost wages.
  • Motorcycle Accidents result in serious injuries on the roads through rural northwestern Pennsylvania. The scenic routes attract riders, but heavy commercial traffic and busy intersections create hazards. We fight for full compensation for injured motorcyclists.
  • Wrongful Death claims allow families to seek compensation when negligence causes a loved one’s death. Whether the loss resulted from a traffic accident, workplace incident, or medical error, our attorneys help families through this difficult process.

Why Accidents Happen in Pulaski

Pulaski Township sits in northwestern Lawrence County at the junction of several important routes, approximately 15 miles northwest of New Castle. The community serves as a gateway between US Route 422, I-376, and the rural areas of northern Lawrence County.

PA Route 208 runs through Pulaski, connecting US Route 422 at the Ohio state line to New Wilmington, Volant, and I-79 to the east. PA Route 551 intersects Route 208 at Cox’s Corner before heading north toward West Middlesex. The I-376 interchange is just east of the intersection, providing highway access to Sharon, New Castle, and Pittsburgh.

US Route 422 passes to the south, carrying traffic between Ohio and points east. The highway runs concurrent with I-376 for several miles west of New Castle before the routes separate. Commercial vehicles use this corridor heavily, creating truck traffic on the connecting routes through Pulaski.

High Hill Road and Old Pulaski Road serve residential areas and provide local connections. The Shenango River runs through the area, and the terrain requires roads to follow natural contours, creating curves and limited sight lines.

Medical Care After a Pulaski Accident

UPMC Jameson, located at 1211 Wilmington Avenue in New Castle, serves Pulaski residents requiring emergency care. The full-service hospital is approximately 15 miles southeast of the township and provides emergency services, surgical care, and diagnostic imaging.

Sharon Regional Medical Center in Sharon provides another option approximately 8 miles to the north. Grove City Medical Center is accessible via I-79, roughly 15 miles to the east. For severe trauma requiring Level I care, patients may be transported to Pittsburgh hospitals.

Accident injuries often require treatment beyond the initial emergency visit. Physical therapy, specialist consultations, and ongoing medical care can continue for extended periods. Our attorneys account for both current and future medical costs when calculating the full value of your claim.

A Crossroads Community

Pulaski developed at a natural crossroads in northwestern Lawrence County, where routes between Ohio, New Castle, and the Shenango Valley converge. The township takes its name from Casimir Pulaski, the Polish military commander who served in the American Revolutionary War.

The Shenango River flows through the area, providing both scenic beauty and the valley that guides transportation routes. The construction of I-376 (formerly PA Route 60) transformed the area by providing direct highway access to Sharon, New Castle, and the Pittsburgh region.

The rural character of the township includes farms, woodlands, and scattered residential development. Local businesses serve both residents and travelers passing through on the major routes. The proximity to I-376 makes Pulaski accessible to communities throughout the region while maintaining its small-town atmosphere.
